If you landed on this page you are probably looking for an honest review of Dynamite Jobs to help you make a decision regarding which platform to use in your search for remote jobs.

This review comes after personally testing the platform since the beginning of 2020 and (spoiler alert), reasons why Dynamite Jobs is by far my favorite website for 100% remote jobs.

What is Dynamite Jobs?

Dynamite Jobs is one of the top platforms for remote jobs, connecting remote job seekers to some of the best remote opportunities out there.

While founded in 2017, the Dynamite Jobs team was actually already active in the remote work arena since 2007 through podcasts, events, and online forums, meaning they have a lot of knowledge and a big network of companies hiring remote professionals.

What type of remote jobs can I find on Dynamite Jobs?

First, you need to understand that Dynamite Jobs is not your typical website where any company or entity can publish any type of remote job.

All the remote jobs that are posted on the website are first screened by the team in order to ensure that they are legitimate, the companies are well established and that the pay is aligned with the market (US/Canada).

While their standards are aligned to US standards when selecting which companies can publish opportunities on the platform, Dynamite Jobs is not only for US companies and remote job seekers.

You can find companies from the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, etc. and most of the jobs, at least 50% are open to candidates worldwide.

Do I need to sign up for an account?

This is one of the best things regarding Dynamite Jobs; you don’t need to sign up for an account in order to be able to apply to jobs.

This option is available though, and it can be very helpful for companies to find your candidate profile even if you didn’t apply to a job.

So, if you want to increase your chances of being discovered by a company, I strongly suggest that you do sign up for a candidate account.

What are the benefits of using DJ?

Dynamite Jobs has several benefits that other remote jobs platforms do not offer.

One of them is their filtering options. While all websites offer filters for category, type (full-time, part-time), experience, Dynamite Jobs is the only website that allows you to filter remote jobs by salary.

This is a great tool because applying for remote jobs usually takes longer than applying to “classic” jobs. Most job posts require recording a video, performing a small test or answering a set of questions, as opposed to just submitting a resume and cover letter.

Filtering by salary is great for saving you time, as you don’t want to spend 2 hours applying for a job that does not meet your salary expectations.

While not all companies post the salary that they are offering, before actually posting the job opening they need to select a salary range which translates to candidates being able to filter by said salary range.

Another benefit of using Dynamite Jobs is that the team is actively involved in making sure that companies that post jobs on the platform find the best talent.

This means that if you are active on the platform, like I am, you can get a lot of support such as being referred to a company for a job that you applied to and receiving email updates regarding the latest jobs that fit your search criteria.

Dynamite Jobs review takeaways

Dynamite Jobs is the only free platform that I have seen results with, after using 17 other websites for remote jobs. Unlike other platforms, I started getting invited to interviews shortly after I started using it.

The caliber of companies posting remote jobs on Dynamite Jobs is the highest I’ve seen.

All the companies have a great culture, most of them being fully distributed (100% remote), offering many benefits and perks that generally are very hard to find (paid time off, parental leave, home office setup, healthcare benefits, etc.), regardless of their size. Starting from 6-people team companies to 500-people team companies, there is a perfect company for everyone on Dynamite Jobs.

The jobs posted are great for anyone, regardless of their career stage (entry, mid, senior).

Dynamite Jobs is not just a platform to find some remote work until you find a full-time office job. Their mission is to advance the careers of remote working professionals and they are damn good at it.
